Here is an awesome recipe that I want to share, its for a yummy chicken salad sandwich, the kids will love it.
Ingredients:
2 cans (10 ounces each) chunck white chicken, drained
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, each cut in half
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
1 can (15 ounces) Mandarin oranges, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Prep time:10 minutes
Yield:6 servings
Required kitchen items:
Instructions:
Combine the chicken and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Stir in grapes, celery and almonds. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently stir in the mandarin oranges just before serving. Scoop onto one slice of bread and top with another slice of bread. Enjoy
