OMG one of the things that I hate is when I go all out and bake a cheesecake for whatever event, when it is time to bake it and gets halfway done...it cracks!!! Ahh! I swear this almost always happen to me. So I've learned that too much air has got into it or the temp was set to high while baking. Solution? Cover up wit toppings such as strawberries with filling! Tada!!
