Working from home and food
One of the things thats tough, at least for me is being home all day with food! Its bad enough that my friends and I go out and have our little dinners and outings with foods that are sometimes healthy and sometimes not. Ugh, its so hard to not past the fridge and peek in. Not to mention while I am working online, I could easily munch away without portion control, yikes. I keep a huge gallon of water next to me and just drink away when I am feeling hungry, it helps most of the time. It is so easy to pack on the pounds because I am home all the time, so to avoid getting fat and out of shape, I am always working out when I have the chance. DH says that because we work out we could eat whatever we want, oh please!
