My friend says this really does help...I'm too lazy to do it. :o) She says that actually seeing what you have eaten makes you feel bad enough not to do it again. I'm not sure it would make a difference to me. LOL!
PS I don't think you have to worry about losing weight too much...you look great to me!
omg i know i have tried that journal thing and it just doesnt work for me lol i just eat whatever and exercise alot:)
I have done this before and it really does help if you are accountable to all food and write everything down....every little bite. It is alot more work though than what you would think.....you feel like you're writing all the time....maybe that's only because I am snacking all the time! lol :)
