To my knowledge, they have their call centre in built in India and Malaysia, think it's very rare for a multicooperation to build a call centre in europe anymore
See I didnt know that, thanks for the info:)
It's like calling Dell. No thank you. I can never ever understand those accents. You are right. They are so thick. I have been known to hang up and call back. That does help sometimes.
A lot of companies do this for call centers. I heard a rumor that they were thinking of directing drive thru speakers to other countries. So when you say,,," and a large sweet tea please" you might be talking to someone in another country! How bizarre would that be?
As far as Paypal goes,,, I think Paypal and Ebay (which are owned by the same company) are getting to big for their britches. I think they are going to be their own undoing by being greedy and having poor customer service....just my opinion.
I do not know if you have a NY accent, but even if you don't next time, just lay a really heavy brooklyn dialect on them and see how they like it! lol
I am from Ohio and my one daughter sounds like she is either from Brooklyn or Boston,, I cannot decide which.
I know what you mean! We have our internet through a company that outsources their calls. OMG when we have internet problems it is such a nightmare.
We had a problem with our pp debit card too though and still don't know what the problem was. It just stopped working. It was not expired and we could see that there was a balance in the account. All we could do is order another one and wait our 10-15 business days:/
