Awsome post! I always want to exercise more but for me i have no excuse...except laziness lol

Great tip! I try to get exercise in everday. It makes me feel so much bettern and energetic throughout the day. I like the idea of including fun activities with your kids.
Hey I KNOW I need to exercise more. Thats a good idea to do 10 minutes at a time I will have to try that!

I walk my son to school. Between the walk to and from, he gets about 20 minutes of walking in a day. For me, I walk back and forth, and I work there too, so in total, I get around 50 minutes of exercise a day. I don't like exercising, really, so this is the only way that I can get it in....
Great post, razz! On rainy or cold days we try to do a walk-at-home program where you walk anywhere from 1-3 miles and it's amazing how much fun the kids have with this! The little guy actually really gets into it and has managed to memorize the entire routine as well as the little phrases the instructor on the video says! lol
We can actually mute the program and he can pretty much fill in every line that she says! lol
