Put exercise on your to do list if you must, scedule ten minutes here and there and make your kids participate. Make it a fun thing, if they are old enough, everyone can go biking or rollerblading even if it is once around the block. How about some excersing videos? Beleive it or not they can really help you if you can not do it on your own. With so many options like yoga and pilates, its supe easy to find something that everyone can enjoy to do. Most important of all...have fun! So remember, you may lose alot but at least you can say that you are making the effort to try and make the family do it together.

I walk my son to school. Between the walk to and from, he gets about 20 minutes of walking in a day. For me, I walk back and forth, and I work there too, so in total, I get around 50 minutes of exercise a day. I don't like exercising, really, so this is the only way that I can get it in....

Great post, razz! On rainy or cold days we try to do a walk-at-home program where you walk anywhere from 1-3 miles and it's amazing how much fun the kids have with this! The little guy actually really gets into it and has managed to memorize the entire routine as well as the little phrases the instructor on the video says! lol
We can actually mute the program and he can pretty much fill in every line that she says! lol
Again, great post! Thanks! :)
