I don't know it might work. I have heard that the bannana is the most whole (as far as nutrients/vitamins go) than any other fruit. It is my choice of fruit for my kids for that reason as well as being one of the least expensive as well. I would think that it wold fill you up to much to eat two of them that you really wouldn't be able to eat much after that so it could restrict your diet and calorie intake.

I wish a diet could be that simple. I happen to prefer berries. I know they recommend a banana as your last food before you fast for surgery; I mean I agree with Natalie, I believe they fill you up!

Don't you wish it was a simple as that? I mean, eat a few bananas in the morning, and then it's pizza and ice cream the rest of the day. Yippee!:)
