The latest craze in japan which has people going crzy right now is the banana diet. They say have 2 bananas and warm water and you can eat anything that you want for the rest of the day. Because of this fad, sales of bananas has gone up. How could eating a piece of fruit in the morning then allow you to ingest as many calories as like the rest of the day and still lose weight? Does this sound a bit strange? Does it make sense? I smell something and it sure aint bananas!
