Relieve Some Stress

What are some ways to relieve some stress? I swear that this is all I am faced with! The husband, the kids, life is so insane. Trying to control it all is what really makes it more nerve racking. So eating junk food helps a little, lol. Getting some fresh air, going for walks. I also found that playing some kid games with my kids and their friends was so satisfying. The joys and energy that that these kids have, you know the stress free kind.

Taking some time for yourself is the best suggestion that comes to mind. With as much as you have going on, try to schedule at least 15 minutes each day, just for you, no interruptions.
I know that is easier said than done, as it's a work in progress for myself.
