I find that the best way to truly enjoy some healthy pizza is by making it from home. When we have family night, we like to make our own foods, the kids on the other hand come up with weird concoctions, that's another story! Make the dough yourself using whole wheat flour, some cheese and some delicious healthy toppings such as spinach and broccoli. You will not believe how tasty it will be and the kids will love it because it is pizza. We like to make alot and freeze it so we can have as lunch during the week. It is healthy and also cheap.
