Staying healthy

As a mom, it's not only my job to keep my kids healthy, but I need to make sure that I am also in good shape health wise. There was a time that I felt very sluggish and just not good, chasing after the kids all day, I knew I had to do something. I realized that I can take one of those multivitamin daily and feel better and it worked. Not a day goes by that I don't take them, I need them and they are part of my daily ritual.
