Pumpkin Chocolate Cheesecake

Heaven. I tried these not too long ago and these are a must. I have been dabbling with pumpkin recipes since I am not a fan and have a few pumpkins left over from Halloween, so Im trying new things. This is a keeper and might just go in my turkey day menu.
Ingredients
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1-3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, cut up, or 1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1-1/4 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
Grated fresh nutmeg and/or milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate curls
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir in the 1/3 cup melted butter. Press mixture evenly into bottom of the prepared baking pan; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and the 1-3/4 cups sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until combined. Beat in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt on low speed just until combined. Remove 1-1/4 cups of the mixture.
3. In a small heavy saucepan, combine the 6 ounces chocolate and the 2 tablespoons butter. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Whisk chocolate mixture into the 1-1/4 cups pumpkin mixture. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Carefully pour the remaining pumpkin mixture over baked chocolate layer, spreading evenly. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes more or until filling is puffed and center is set. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar. Gently spread over cookies. Cool completely. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Cut into bars.* Before serving, sprinkle with nutmeg and/or chocolate curls. Makes 24 to 36 bars.
*Test Kitchen Tip: To make triangle-shape bars, cut the cookies crosswise into four strips. Then cut each strip into five triangles (you'll end up with two half-triangles from the ends of each strip).
To Make Ahead: Bake and chill cookies as directed; cut into bars. Place in a single layer in an airtight container; cover. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze

Canceled Wow Subscription
11.17.2010

So I finally canceled my wow subscription, not for good just temporary. I do this every year so I can focus on making money for the holidays,I am hardly found playing wow around thanksgiving and Christmas,I mean whats the point. I also lost interest since the new patch, ugh. They changed the game big time. I will wait till cataclysm comes out, yay new game play and dungeons finally! new toons, you just know there will be like a level 85 worgen like in one day. This one guys said he was going to wear a diaper when it comes out so he wont have to go to the restroom until he is done leveling his character. he said he will make his wife change his diaper from time to time. I was more shocked that he had a wife, lol.

Purchase Scrubs Online
11.16.2010
If you or someone you know want to know where to buy uniforms , buy uniforms online or buy uniforms like these, pass the link along. The site looks very simple and easy to navigate which makes things easier once ready to check out and make your order.
To be on the safe side, I would suggest to others to buy a set of scrubs to alternate through out your work week. This make it easy once its time to wash the other.

Money in my PayPal

I love getting money in my paypal, don't you? As many of you know, I join as many survey sites as I can and many pay in cash and prizes, I don't do the sweepstakes thing, I want to be compensated for my time thank you. Mysurvey is my fave,I noticed that they added many prizes and options, including being paid via paypal. They used to send out checks, nothing wrong with that but paypal is a plus.
Here is payment proof:

May not be much but every little bit helps, I start grinding this time of year because xmas is coming up and there are different ways to make money online.

but kept everything else on. I would always be sure to keep those gloves on, you just never know what could happen while on the job, that is what they are for, to help work safely. I need to find something else to occupy my time, I am thinking too much into it.

Freelance Work From Home
Many people are working from home whether it is full time or part time in addition to something that they have outside the home. I tell people about odesk and ow it is a wonderful place to start and get paid. I have used odesk before and it was a nice egg in my many baskets and would always recommend it to any and everyone. You can choose which categories that you want to work in (there are so many) and sift through to see what there.
