Quality Headphones

When it comes to headphones, I am very particular because not all of them are created equally. I do not like the ones that are bad in sound quality, I want to be able to hear what I am listening to, I have learned that this varies. I will pay good money if I know that the headphones are what I need, loud, clear and long-lasting.

Interesting Christmas Break
So I took a much needed break, which means I was not working as much because its the holidays. All was good, we had a great xmas dinner, but then the blizzard hits and bam, snow galore. Being in ny, I assumed that it would get handled pretty quickly, salt, sand, plow, etc. Nope. We had the opposite for 3 days. It was horrible! No one could go anywhere. No streets were plowed, hubby couldnt get to work because no cars could go anywhere, no trains were running and bus were getting stranded. EEEK. The mayor insisted that everything was fine. Stay home or go to the city and watch a broadway show....lol. /sigh

Used Gym Equipment

I have never thought about getting used gym equipment until today. I was thinking that I need a home gym thing going on but the machines were so expensive! With global fitness, they are the number one sellers of used and refurbished equipment which are basically like new. This is what I need in my life, these machines at less cost.

Last minute Christmas Gifts
When you hear last minute, how good can they be? Okay so it doesn't have to be that bad. But if you find that you do not have anything to give this season, bake cookies and wrap them up in a nice packaging. People love Christmas cookies and goodies. You can also make a homemade gift, what says you care more than something that you made yourself?

Plan for a Funeral

Would you know what to do if someone close to you suddenly died? I have often thought about funeral planning because in this day and age you just never know, it is best to be prepared or know a place to go to should such an event happens.

If you have an establishment that needs or uses metal detectors, you can actually get metal detectors on sale. They are important just incase someone is bringing in something they are not supposed to, for everyones safety detectors are a great investment.

How much to spend Xmas Shopping?
I never realized how much I spend just to do some Christmas shopping, this is what happens when you have so much friends and family and also feel the need to get everyone everything. I am about to shop this weekend and I made a list, and checked it twice, lol...and realized that everything comes up to about a thousand dollars, wowzers. I need to buckle this down and re think this.

Buying a New Snow blower Online
I am so ready for the snow simply because we are getting ariens snowblower and this is supposed to handle the kinds that we get here in new york. Those winter storms can be brutal and a shovel is just not going to cut it anymore for us.

How often do you change your mattress?
I have never gave much thought about how often a person should get a new mattress. Ours is fairly good but once we start to feel it wear out and not feel as plump, its time to get a new one. I think a good quality mattress have a longer life and provides more longer lasting comfort.

Amazon has some great free mp3s that you can download and its free, no cost what so ever. This is a great way to have some holiday music playing in the background of your home while you decorate. I try and do this to get in to the season and the kids love it and also sing along.

Goodbye to Belly Fat

I have this bulge or pouch that is so annoying when I sit down, it is very embarrassing. I need to tackle this asap. Why is it that in order to get rid of belly fat, you have to jump through hoops? Well that is what I thought until i looked it up. Starting next month,for my resolution, i am so getting my belly back to what it is supposed to look like.

Get in the Christmas Spirit
With some Christmas music! I needed to feel the mood, people already have their decorations up like the day after thanksgiving. I feel so lazy putting them up and I know my kids are more than willing to help. I got some music from amazon because they had some free xmas music and it was just what i needed. I am off to bake some cookies, yay.

How cool would it be if your kids can see Santa open up a letter from you? You have a chance to make a personalized video where you can upload a pic of you and your child and when Santa opens it up, he sees it. You have the option to enter your child's name and watch Santa say it,given that your child name is a common one, or else he will just simply say 'my dear child'. Its really awesome and any child will enjoy seeing it.
