I am a sucker for junk food, anything sweet, salty and loaded with empty calories. My resolution was to stop that. Our family had a habit of if none of use felt like cooking, we had takeout at least once a week, ugh, how disgusting is that? Now we are trying to make our own takeout and homemade pizzas for the cravings that we have. Its much more healthier and our pockets will thank us.
