Ways to Reduce Stress

As a mom and everything else, life can get pretty stressful whether we can handle it or not. While we cannot control it, there are some ways that we can keep it at bay and try ti relieve it a bit.

Make sure that you are getting plenty of sleep. A full nights rest can make a difference on how you handle daily situations.

Cut back on sugar. Seriously when I get stressed, I want to eat chocolate and other sweets because it is so comforting. This does not help and only helps your waistline get bigger.

Eating more fiber and doing puzzles to clear you head is a great way to reduce the stress on our daily lives. Give it a shot and try to find out what is stressing you out.
