I put myself on a diet to get extra fit for the summer because I have bben so naughty all winter long! One of the many problems that I am facing is getting hunger pains after I have consumed the alotted calories, what do I do? I find that eating fruit helps a little then a friend suggested eating ice, genius. I crush myself a cup full of ice and eat it along with a bottle of water-drink it and not eat the bottle of course. This works for the time being.
