Beating the Summer Heat!

I love working out, OK not really, but if I must do it, summer is the best time right? The only thing is when it gets really humid and hot, its not that safe if you are not taking proper precautions trying to burn those unwanted pounds away. The main thing is wearing very light clothes when you are doing any type of working out, drink plenty of water and cool yourself off as much as possible. You do not want to risk a heat stroke.
