Staying on Track with weight loss

I am one of those people who are always eating, but I do know how to get back to my desire weight when I put my all into it. The only thing is, this does not always happen. I find that I will lose my motivation and not stay on track with these things. What to do in order to stay motivated? A journal always helps to keep track of what you are eating and try to stick to a plan that will work for you.
