10 Minutes and Burn 100 Calories

There is no excuse to why you are not trying to get in shape and burn some calories when all it takes is a few minutes. Doing 10 minutes of regular heart pumping workouts can easiely burn 100 calories or more depending on how much you weigh. 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes jumping rope, 10 minutes cycling, Walking on the treadmill (at least 4 mph with a 5% incline, martiall arts and so much more. Just set aside a few minutes each day throughout the day and get fit!
