Best Home Workouts
As a very busy mom trying to balance the work at home life and being a mom and everything else...finding time to stay in shape can be a hassle. Going to the gym is not an option especially if there is none in the area with a daycare option for the kids and even if they did, I would be too worried about leaving the kiddies there. The best option for me and for most busy mothers would be working out at home. Get a home gym or something simple like a treadmill and walk/run your way to fitness. Work out dvds are great too and can help burn a lot of calories in a short time which helps because with kids in the house there is no way of getting a peaceful workout. Try early mornings or late night for your workouts.
