Quick and Easy Breakfast ideas
Many mornings in this household can get very hectic to the point now that having breakfast can be a hassle. I find that the best way to handle this when the mornings are crasy as mine are, is to whip up something quick and healthy. Yogurt with granola is a great easy one, you can add the granola or chop up some almonds and nuts and mix it in there. My absolute favoerit on the go breakfast would be a smoothie! A frozen fruit smoothie is healthy and so quick to make. All you need is 2 cups frozen berries or fruit 2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate (or 1/2 cup orange juice) 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup yogurt 1 frozen banana 1 Tbsp. honey toss in everything in a blender and serve, the kids love this and these are also great during the warm weather.
