Age 1-3 Sample menu

I know that many moms may not have an idea of what to feed their babies and toddlers, simply because many of them are picky eaters. Here is a sample menu of what they should be eating at that age in order to get the most nutrition. breakfast can be small portion of oatmeal mixed with some brown sugar and cinnamon. I like to add bananas for a nice tasty kick. Lunch is grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread or peanut butter and jelly if they are not allergic. Dinner is easy, Chicken and veggies, cut small of course, sweet potato fries are a hit in my household, fish and rice. I like to keep snacks simple, yogurt, fruits such as apples and bananas.
